Q1: What is MPMS method and what’s the difference to other treatments?
A: The MPMS method builds on one popular stretching exercise which integrated into one of chiropractic exercise and formed my unique method. These two combined exercises have been tested with my body to manage back pain. When this exercise helps you once, you can repeat the same for the next back pain episode.
Q2: What qualification you got to recommend these exercises?

A: There is no age limit for doing these exercises. But you must be able to do push-up of your upper body as it’s the main part of the exercises. Elderly generally don’t perform this exercise well.
Q8: Why to make a donation?
A: My passion is helping others experience pain relief, as I have. If you successfully eliminate your pain within seven days, a simple thank-you note is all I ask—it would mean the world to me.
A voluntary donation would be the icing on the cake. Consider how much it’s worth to be pain-free within a week. Any donation would help to keep our light on and promote this exercise for the benefit of many back pain sufferers.
To thank you for your donation, I’ll share a long-term strategy to help you remain pain-free if same symptoms return in the future. Please contact us and provide details (how much and when was it made).
